We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates just like you to serve as a Food & Beverage Supervisor with DelMonte Hotel Group. You will play an important leadership role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences while supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet services to ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality.

The primary objective of the Food & Beverage Supervisor is to support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and catering while ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with Marriott brand standards and DelMonte Hotel Group procedures. This role is responsible for assisting with directing, training, and mentoring associates; maintaining appropriate shift coverage; supporting daily restaurant and banquet operations; ensuring food quality, service, and sanitation standards are consistently achieved; and assisting with private events and catering functions. The Food & Beverage Supervisor also supports departmental communication, inventory, purchasing, guest billing, cash control, and other administrative responsibilities while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and associates alike.

Successful candidates will combine strong leadership potential with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, or hotel food and beverage operations, enjoy coaching and supporting associates, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The ability to lead by example, adapt to changing business demands, and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences is essential.
