About Us
Marriott Dallas Las Colinas is a full-service hotel with 350 guestrooms and over 17,000 sq. ft. of event space. Our food and beverage program includes a signature restaurant, a lively lounge, and a strong banquet operation. We are dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect the Marriott standard of excellence.
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and banquet service operations, support the F&B management team, and ensure guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Daily Operations
    • Supervise staff during restaurant, lounge, and banquet shifts.
    • Ensure smooth service and timely food and beverage delivery.
    • Assign duties and monitor team performance.
  • Deliver Guest Satisfaction
    • Maintain high standards for service, quality, and presentation.
    • Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
    • Support a welcoming, guest-first atmosphere.
  • Support the Team
    • Train, coach, and mentor associates.
    • Ensure staff follow Marriott brand service standards.
    • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
  • Maintain Standards
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
    • Monitor inventory and support ordering as needed.
    • Keep restaurant and banquet areas clean and well organized.
What We're Looking For
