Position Summary

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for every guest. You'll support and motivate a talented team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help maintain the high standards of service that make Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa a premier destination.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and inspire food and beverage team members
  • Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Train and develop staff to maintain outstanding hospitality standards
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns
  • Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability
