C3BM Senior Systems Analyst

GovSG is looking for a proven C3BM Senior Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to engage in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. You will also participate in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation.

This position is located on-site in Huntsville, AL.

Position Duties:

• Assist with engineering risk management processes to identify, quantify, and characterize C2BMC risks. Represent MDA/BC position in risk management meetings and activities
• Maintain familiarity with agency failure review processes and support emergent test and operational issue investigation/resolution such as FRBs (process, coordination and technical assessments).
• Provide systems engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. Provide integrated technical risk assessments for flight test, technical, variance, cyber, and programmatic risks to inform C2BMC participation/performance requirements for flight test, ETRs, OCB, or Technical Capability Declaration (TCD) decisions
• Develop and update systems engineering plans, processes, and procedures for C2BMC multi-spiral applications. Maintain and update the MDA/BC Chief Engineer Weekly Status Report. Review and assess Prepare data and information for documents including risk management plans and internal /external ICD management plans.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance
• 7+ years of experience required
• Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
• Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts

Salary:  $115,000-$130,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
