Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:

The Director of Service and Parts will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the service and parts departments of Colorado Golf & Turf. This key leadership position requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and hands-on manager capable of driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Departmental Leadership:
    • Inspire the service and parts departments to achieve the company mission and uphold its core values.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the service and parts departments, setting clear goals and expectations for the team.
    • Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture to ensure exceptional service experiences.
    • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall company performance.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and implement efficient and effective service and parts processes to maximize productivity and minimize turnaround times.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Champion a customer-focused approach to service delivery, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Team Management and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team of service technicians, advisors, and parts specialists.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings within the service and parts departments.
  • Business Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with vendors to ensure the company’s needs are met.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions regarding vendors and products.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of parts, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
    • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Safety Programs:
    • Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs for the service and parts departments to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Regularly review and update safety protocols to comply with industry standards and regulations.

 

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
