Director of Business Systems Alignment

Essential Functions:

• Lead process alignment initiatives to meet business process objectives and performance measures with organizational objectives and strategies. Anticipate barriers plan for operational success.
• Ensure that the processes, policies, and technologies implemented align with the strategic objectives and operational requirements of each organization.
• Enable efficient access provisioning, mitigates risks, ensure compliance, and facilitate business agility.
• Transition acquisition company processes to the accounting and finance team to implement the FreshEdge policies.
• Regularly evaluate and review the company’s Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to improve efficiencies to established processes.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to monitor successful implementation of changed and new processes.

• Related associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience managing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm

Physical Demands:

• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required.
