Job Description

General Responsibilities

The Accounts Manager at Amnio Technology, LLC (“AT”) leads and actively supports sales and marketing activities within the Company on behalf of new commercial opportunities and the maintenance or expansion of existing accounts. The Accounts Manager actively develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers and external stakeholders and serves as the lead point of contact for customer matters and needs. In addition, (s)he contributes to development of commercial strategies, establishes marketing goals, and implements sales initiatives to establish and sustain revenue growth and market penetration.

 

Education & Work Experiences Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of a BS/BA degree, or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ progressive healthcare sales experience, with an emphasis in medical device, Human Cell and Tissue Products (HCT/P), or pharmaceuticals
  • Previous experience in high-growth organizations with a successful track record of achievement in revenue growth within a related business or market segment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team with outstanding organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem management and resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle crises, and interface effectively with regulators, customers and other stakeholders to meet corporate goals
  • Strong analytic ability, creativity, and sound business judgment
  • Ability to teach, train, mentor and motivate others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and task oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office and software skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • High degree of honesty and integrity

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all sales and customer activities with other departments and serve as the liaison between AT management and distributors, sales representatives and clinicians
  • Oversee and coordinate the on-boarding of new distributors, sales agents, or direct customers, including working closely with Legal to communicate contract negotiations and Finance during pricing and terms discussions.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of market strategy and sales initiatives
  • Collect, analyze and interpret customer data to support sales projections and forecasting
  • Directly support the recruitment, training and development of affiliated distributors and sales representatives
  • Promotes orientation programming for new sales forces
  • Implements training initiatives as set forth by the Company
  • Oversee the development and distribution of on-line materials, marketing, and presentation content for use by distributors, sales representatives and clinicians
  • Work closely with sales channels to promote compliance with AT-established policies pertaining to product promotion and all other Company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit analyses of opportunities, barriers and strategies for company growth and market penetration
  • Perform customer and market analyses and reporting functions, as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards are met in relation to AT products and their clinical use
  • Provide a superior customer service experience by promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, teamwork and shared success
  • Prudently manage resources within associated guidelines to implement marketing strategies
  • Assure the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to key stakeholders
  • Communicate in a professional manner with all levels of management, departments, and external audiences as a representative of the Company to build and maintain industry reputation
  • Remain current on evolving industry trends and best practices
  • Assist in completion of special projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis

 

Physical Environment & Working Conditions

  • Full-time position. On site with some travel
  • Duties are such that there should be minimal contact with body fluids which may be considered infectious. Such fluids may be present on records received; however, such records should be placed in a plastic sheet for protection
  • Travel by personal auto, charter or commercial aircraft required with reimbursement for personal auto use provided by the company policy according to the IRS policy

Computer equipment, general office equipment, fax machine.

 

Other: (i.e., access to confidential information):

The Accounts Manager is expected to maintain the confidentiality of all donor/recipient information as well as customer information. The Sales Manager is expected to uphold the terms of the NDA with AT and not speak of any innovations, methods of processing, trade secrets, or reimbursement issues to anyone who does not have a signed NDA with AT.
