Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Washington, DC. The Customer Account Representative will manage customer accounts, provide ongoing support, and serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts
