We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Accounts Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the financial operations of our business by managing customer billing, collecting payments, maintaining accurate accounting records, and assisting homeowners with account-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working cross-functionally with multiple departments, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Account Setup: Receive customer contracts and accurately enter information into company accounting systems.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Create and distribute customer invoices according to contract terms and payment schedules.
  • Payment Processing: Collect, process, and accurately record customer payments.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and perform related tasks to ensure accounting records remain complete and accurate.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Service & Warranty, and Customer Care teams to facilitate timely payment collection and account resolution.
  • Lending Partner Coordination: Work with financing and lending partners to support the efficient flow of funds.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer account inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service throughout the payment process.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, account management, or a related field; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Experience performing general accounting functions, including posting accounting entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements
