What’s a typical day as Project Coordinator? You’ll be:
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Preparing and maintaining status reports for clients, management, and internal teams.
  • Modifying schedules and assisting Account Managers with technical advice and problem-solving.
  • Handling order management, updating inventory, and providing customer support for both international and domestic clients.
  • Supporting new store openings from start to finish, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of materials.
  • Working closely with inventory teams, ordering and tracking stock levels for store setups.
  • Communicating with suppliers, vendors, and external contractors to confirm deliveries and resolve shipping or quality issues.
  • Coordinating with store design and construction teams for timely delivery of fixtures and signage.
  • Overseeing unpacking and organizing of inventory in stores, and planning shipments to meet opening day deadlines.
  • Addressing logistics and supply issues swiftly to prevent delays and managing budgets for store supplies.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in supply chain processes and suggesting solutions.
  • Advising Account Representatives of orders in jeopardy and evaluating constraints with Operations and Client Services.
  • Maintaining planning systems and forecasting tools (SAP, Oracle, Excel).
  • Participating in business reviews and supporting departmental process improvements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least two years of customer service experience.
  • Possess at least two years of Microsoft Office experience, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Have experience in PowerPoint and Power BI (preferred).
  • Bring background in 3PL, supply chain, logistics, or similar fields (preferred).
  • Have NSO (new store openings) experience (preferred).
  • Are familiar with SAP (preferred).
  • Hold project management experience (preferred).
