Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman to join our team! You will be responsible for sales of commercial property management, commercial property maintenance and janitorial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
  • Maintaining client relationships with our account managers
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience with commercial real estate, property management, building maintenance, and commercial janitorial
  • Networking
  • Critical thinking
  • Strong leadership qualities
