A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR OFFICE MANAGER - BOOKKEEPING SPECIALIST:

Your role as an Office Manager - Bookkeeping Specialist is dynamic and multifaceted. You dive into the world of numbers, seamlessly managing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online while ensuring every detail is meticulously recorded. As the day unfolds, you become the orchestrator of schedules, ensuring our team is deployed efficiently to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers. With precision and grace, you handle billing, providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. By the end of the day, you've made a tangible impact, leaving a trail of satisfied customers and feeling accomplished in your role as their hero. Additionally, you will be preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and staying informed about tax regulations and ensuring company's compliance.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • QuickBooks online experience
  • Previous experience in office management, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with NO late nights and NO weekend work.
