Bookkeeping Specialist

A business runs better when financial records are accurate, available, and current. We're looking for someone who takes pride in handling that work carefully and consistently.


What is the pay?

  • $52,000 - $64,000 per year, based on experience
  • Individual performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary
  • Company performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary

What will I be doing?

  • Recording financial transactions in client accounting systems accurately and on time
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial records for assigned clients
  • Reviewing and categorizing transactions based on client records and established bookkeeping processes
  • Matching transactions to receipts, invoices, and other supporting documentation to keep records complete
  • Identifying missing information, discrepancies, or uncategorized activity and following up as needed
