Job Description

Chiropractic office is looking for an energetic person with good multitasking skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting the doctor and the office manager, maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and organization, and office duties including answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, filing charts, etc. Applicant must enjoy interacting with people, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team. Job requires multi-tasking and working closely with doctor and office manager in assisting patients and clerical duties. Applicants must be able to handle reception desk and telephone calls, including taking messages and relaying detailed messages accurately and looking up patient insurance.
