Wieland is hiring a Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing superior quality service to our customers through effective and proactive communication, execution of the order process, and continuously challenging processes/policies in an effort to make improvements. This role is located in Louisville, KY and will be 100% on-site.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Service customer accounts, focusing on customer needs, transactional accuracy, proactive communication, and contractual business relationships. All efforts intended to provide highest level of service to customer, while respecting and working within the guidelines the business is able to operate (i.e. lead times, capacity, etc.).
- Act with a sense of urgency in responding to new item inquiries/quotes, following established guidelines and working with other Wieland businesses to appropriately identify the best source for the customer.
- Work collaboratively with the supply chain, tech services, logistics, sales and marketing, and finance teams to support the entire order to cash process.
- Implement a continuous improvement philosophy to identify and correct process and execution deficiencies.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- B.S. degree required. Business, Engineering, Finance. Marketing interests preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a high level of analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Special emphasis on Excel and Access.
- Flexibility to work with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and strict deadlines while always maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel both inside and outside the Company while demonstrating superior judgment and professionalism.
