Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Troy
Troy boutique healthcare / probate law firm is seeking a paralegal/legal assistant to draft petitions in probate matters, including Guardianships, Conservatorships, Decedent's Estates, and Trusts.
Seeking candidates with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Hot Docs, QuickBooks, LeanLaw, Lexis, and E-filing. Good communication skills are necessary. This position requires regular contact with clients and courts, composing correspondence (emails, letters); preparing files for hearings; drafting petitions, orders, etc, as well as researching property, individuals, assets and court history.
This is a 100% in-office temporary-to-permanent job opportunity with benefits and bonus eligible.
