Our corporate legal department in Bryn Mawr, PA services our business nationwide.Hiring for a Legal Assistant or Corporate Paralegal to support an in-house corporate legal department in Bryn Mawr, PA. Duties include but are not limited to managing the calendar, corporate state filings, reviewing and responding to legal department mail, collecting documentation related to corporate legal matters, basic online research, speaking with clients directed to the legal department, communicating with company managers regarding legal policy, etc. We need someone with strong administrative ability, analytical skills, attention to detail and excited about collaborating with the legal department as well as other internal department members. If this sounds like you, apply today!Responsibilities: -Maintain the 12 month legal department calendar, add new items and work assigned members as deadlines approach. -Organize and maintain filing and retrieval of open and close matters. -Handle client, customer and internal staff contact, both via phone, email, and in-person. -Keep up with corporate filings in various states. Establish new entities as needed. -Prepare and draft a variety of transactional and corporate governance documents. -Communicate and educate legal policy to internal staff and managers. -Research new items, topics and issues online. Present finding to legal department leadership. -Review and complete state and local agency forms and paperwork as needed.Required Experience & Education: -Minimum 6 years of successful administrative experience supporting a corporate legal practice.
