Controller

The Green Fox is an agricultural processing facility, manufacturing grains and fibers. We are a fast-paced, innovative company focused on providing specialized products for consumer and industrial uses.

The plant controller should have manufacturing experience and will manage all financial aspects of the company working closely with the leadership team to drive company growth and initiatives.

Position Objectives:

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to the CEO by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines
• Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
• Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies
• Prepare balance sheets, P&L and other financial reports
• Performance analysis, planning and accounting support
• Month end reporting
• AR/AP functions
• Product cost analysis

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
• Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures, adhering to national and local legal standards.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
