Job Description

An incredible opportunity is available to join Certified Slings, a Worswick Group Company, Florida's largest family-owned rigging, contractor, and industrial supply company. We seek an experienced Inside Sales Account Management Professional to join our team

The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for Optimizing the customer experience by focusing on actively maintaining and managing relationships with current customers and creating relationships with new customers. This individual will manage independent contractors and is the liaison for all interactions and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing and supporting onsite events and trade shows, conducting customer training, and managing all multi-media, and social media, and working with online influencers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the development and growth of sales and relationships with channel partners through distribution sales, direct sales, marketing, and promotional communications of the company’s products within a select sector of the market. Strategies for channel development would include direct sales, communications via email and phone solicitation, trade shows, social media, advertising, internet retail, and event networking.
  • Manage independent contractors through liaison interaction while meeting sales goals.
  • Direct all customer service for the Bubba Rope brand while managing the sales administrative assistant role.
  • Execute product training onsite for distributors covering features and benefits.
  • Responsible for continual communication for existing dealership customers regarding orders and current stock levels.
  • Responsible for responding to all customers, phone calls, and emails regarding warranty issues.

· Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery to the customer.

  • Look for, ask for, and anticipate upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Resolve client issues as they arise to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual distributor reviews.
  • Address customer questions from website forms
  • Respond to and delegate execution of sponsorship requests.
  • Follow up with all dealership requests to determine eligibility and accurately outline the parameters of the program including pricing.
  • Review daily Amazon MAP report; research and contact violators to enforce compliance.
  • Assess website sales transactions to identify potential dealership opportunities and contact such customers to discuss their needs and dealer program.
  • Record activity and communications with existing and potential customers in CRM
  • Keep account contact information up to date in CRM.
  • A timely follow-up to sales leads and customer inquiries
  • Travel out of town when needed to attend customer events, trade shows, and customer sales visits.
  • Provide administrative support and management as it relates to assisting customers. Take and place orders, and resolve customer order issues.
  • Responsible for answering the phone and responding to email inquiries - answering questions regarding products and orders in a timely period.
  • Be knowledgeable about and abide by all company policies and procedures.

· Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales-related seminars, workshops, and organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three years of experience in B2B sales or customer service
  • High aptitude for timely follow-up to requests from customers and management.
  • Experience in quote and proposal generation preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with a CRM.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.

· Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization across diverse cultures and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:

  • Meet daily and weekly sales activity objectives.
  • Develop communications with all dealership customers.
  • Accuracy of quoting correct program pricing depending on customer level.
  • Communicating shipping dates to team and customer
  • Attend and execute trade shows as requested.
  • Consistent support on all social media platforms
  • Completion of customer service reviews
  • Manage all dealership customers.
