Compensation Range: $140,000 - $175,000

A dynamics organization is looking to hire a Director of Engineering to to lead multi-disciplined engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of professional experience to the table. This person will have the opportunity to join a team and utilizes cutting-edge technology for instruction and performance tracking. Requirements:

• • Hire and staff effective project teams.
  • Manage offshore software development team of 60 engineers.
  • Allocate resources effectively for project teams.
  • Measure team performance and conduct reviews.
  • Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
  • Analyze customer specifications and determine requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplined teams.
  • Experience in various software languages and platforms.
  • Experience in mobile app development, E-Commerce, and Point-of-Sale.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to design complex systems considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in technology-driven environment.

Total compensation is negotiable based on experience including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and more.
