Job Description:

As a Senior Analyst specializing in Auto Lending, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing various aspects of the auto lending lifecycle, including originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and Various stakeholders including Business users, product managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation of auto lending solutions.

Gather and analyze business requirements - Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to auto lending products, processes, and systems. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for business process enhancements.

Also, analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management within the auto lending domain.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Requirements for the Role

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or an MBA/related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• 5+ years of working experience in the auto lending industry, specifically in the areas of originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of auto lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
