Territory Executive Representative: Orlando, Central Florida and Space Coast

B2B SALES PROFESSIONALS-Look Here Build Your Territory for a USA Leader in the Commercial Cleaning Industry. Work with Small Business Guru who is the Owner of Three Markets.  Build a new territory from your local office with no overnight travel.  Strong base ($40,000), PLUS  rich commission plan with good benefits and territory support.

As the Outside Sales Professional, you will sell commercial cleaning services across many industries, offering the latest technology in cleaning and disinfecting solutions in what is a recession-resistant industry.  You'll be supported with a full ecosystem to help you drive sales including Admin and technical support. This role is ideal for a sales professional looking for a hyper-growth industry with a team culture that will reward you for your performance!

Territory covering- Orlando, Central Florida and Space Coast

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve Market Intelligence:
    • Develop, analyze and communicate economic, competitive and market reports
    • Establish and maintain accurate prospect and customer records
  • Drive Sales Appointments:
    • Collaborate with Business Development (Inside Sales) to achieve weekly appointment targets
    • Self-generate appointments via cold calling and direct mail activities
  • Facilitate Customer Development:
    • Conduct sales calls, develop & deliver proposals and close new accounts
    • Collaborate with Operations & Admin teams to support new account start-up
  • Build Teamwork and Success:
    • Proactively establish best-in-class sales processes, sales tracking, etc.
    • Meet/exceed standards of professionalism and account sales objectives
