As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in one of the premier manufacturers of stainless and alloy pipe fittings & flanges. You will lead a team of mechanics in performing and completing maintenance, repair and installation work or requests on fabrication equipment.

Your New Role:
• Diagnose problems affecting the operation of process equipment, machinery, tools, and facility equipment
• Primary contact for troubleshooting specialized equipment such as robotics, material forming, hydraulic, pneumatic, or other fabrication equipment
• Develop a sequenced course of action for repair
• Repair and maintain forklifts, cranes and computerized equipment
• Participate/lead preventative maintenance and total preventative maintenance activities as directed

What You Need:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Three years’ experience in a supervisor or manager role
• 3-5 years’ experience working with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical and PLC repair in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Knowledge of equipment, using blueprints, equipment manuals, specifications, and standard operating procedures
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
