We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and a dedication to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data management. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and managing various types of data to support our operations.

Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently inputting data into Excel spreadsheets and databases.

Verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections or adjustments.

Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records.

Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness.

Assisting in data analysis and reporting as required.

Adhering to company procedures and guidelines for data entry and management.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and PivotTables.

Strong attention to detail and precision in data entry.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience in data entry or a related field is optional but optional.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
