TOWNE AUTO IS LOOKING FOR SERVICE ORIENTED INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SERVICE APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

This is a fast-paced position that coordinates incoming phone calls and internet appointment requests with the service managers and technicians.

· Timely response to all Inbound calls/internet inquiries

· Convenient Scheduling of all appointments

· Answer customer inquiries

· Courtesy Follow-up Calls
