Outside Sales Representative - Commission Based

The Commission-Based Outside Sales Representative will be a full-time employee on our team. This is NOT a 1099 contractor position. You will be responsible for finding, developing, and bringing new customers to CDI Services in both residential and commercial verticals. Your production dictates your compensation.

This position will be responsible for consumer direct sales by fielding calls, emails, and in-person visits with homeowners and commercial business opportunities.

Essential Job Duties:

Sales

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect, develop, and create new customers to drive revenue.
• Create estimates and invoice customers.
• Accurately report sales pipeline and assist in the development of monthly sales forecasts in conjunction with management.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.

General

• Maintain contact with potential customers regularly.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after final installation to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Always follow the company dress code.
• Manage current projects to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

Job Requirements

• Prior outside sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to customer service and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Maintain a clean Driving record and follow safe driving guidelines.
• Ability to execute and abide by company standards.
