1. Transmission Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot transmission concerns.

2. Transmission Rebuilding and Replacement: Perform skilled rebuilding and replacement of transmissions, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

3. Repair of Harnesses, Valve Bodies, and Transmission Parts: Address issues with harnesses, valve bodies, and other transmission components, demonstrating expertise in repair and replacement.

4. Bay Management: Efficiently manage multiple bays, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.

5. Mentorship: Take the opportunity to mentor and guide younger technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative work environment.
