If you have strong technical skills, ASE and/or Ford certifications, and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for a high-performing A-Level Technician who’s ready to diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced automotive systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Role of Transmission Technician

  • Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including transmission, engine, electrical, steering, suspension, and brakes

  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues

  • Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor about additional repairs and estimated completion times

  • Execute warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
