Job Summary: 

The Field Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in executing and adapting our marketing strategies across local markets. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing localized marketing plans that align with the overall business goals and managing the execution of these plans to drive growth and brand awareness.

Shift Availability:

  • Available to work weekend and evenings events (these will be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance)
  • Available to work in office approximately 10 hours a week and 18 hours at field events (hours can fluctuate depending on business needs)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring that teammates are motivated and achieving their objectives.
  • Helps co-manage the field marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Assists with hiring, coaching, training, and discipline of teammates.
  • Oversees the daily workflow; oversees scheduling and assignments of the assigned team.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance feedback to teammates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes field marketing events, such as pop-up shops, trade shows, and community events including promoting, staffing, supplies, and reporting.
  • Manages event calendar in partnership with Community Outreach Manager.
  • Represents the company's brand identity, values, and products/services in a positive and professional manner.
  • Engages with consumers, clients, and the public through various channels such as events, promotional activities, social media, and community outreach.
  • Educates consumers and clients about the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our service.
  • Collaborates with marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute brand promotion strategies and campaigns.
  • Attends trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the brand and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Generates leads and drive sales by effectively communicating the brand message and influencing consumer purchasing decisions.
  • Provides feedback and insights gathered from interactions with consumers inform marketing and product development efforts.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.
  • Upholds company policies and standards of conduct while representing the brand in all interactions and activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for the brand and its products/services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Required 1-2 years experience in marketing, sales, or related supervisory role.
  • Required 1-2 years experience as a Brand Ambassador, Field Marketing Lead, or related field.
  • Preferred experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Prolonged periods of bending, walking, standing, and lifting.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
