Position: Field Marketing Team Leader - Lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with a base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential.
Compensation:
• Earn $125K to $225K
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
• Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
Qualifications:
• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
