POSITION OVERVIEW

The Regional Field Marketing Manager for Texas is responsible for driving the execution, performance, and growth of 1st Phorm's field marketing efforts across the state. This role owns the planning and on-the-ground execution of events, retail activations, and grassroots initiatives, while ensuring alignment with company objectives around brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and retail velocity.

This position requires a high level of ownership, leadership, organization, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Event Execution & Market Activation 
    1. Lead the execution of all field marketing events across Texas (fitness events, retail activations, community events, etc.) 
    2. Ensure all activations are executed at a high level and reflect 1st Phorm brand standards 
    3. Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing, inventory, and on-site operations 
    4. Act as the on-site lead for key events and initiatives
  2. Retail Sampling Support
    1. Drive in-store activations and sampling efforts to support retail partners (H-E-B, gyms, specialty, etc.) 
    2. Work to increase product awareness, trial, and retail velocity in key markets 
    3. Build relationships with store managers and regional partners to support ongoing growth d. Execute against "Better For You" product initiatives (bars & sticks)
  3. Team Leadership & Development 
    1. Lead and support the Texas street team and field reps 
    2. Ensure team members are prepared, aligned, and executing at a high level 
    3. Provide clear communication, direction, and accountability before, during, and after events d. Assist in training and onboarding new field marketing team members
  4. Planning & Coordination 
    1. Assist in identifying and recommending new event opportunities within Texas 
    2. Support scheduling and coordination of events in alignment with company priorities 
    3. Collaborate with internal teams (Events, Wholesale, Legionnaire, Student Marketer, etc.) to ensure alignment 
    4. Maintain clear and organized event plans, timelines, and communication
  5. Inventory & Asset Management 
    1. Manage local inventory of field marketing assets (tents, tables, product, signage, vehicles etc.) 
    2. Ensure all equipment is maintained, accounted for, and event-ready
    3. Communicate needs for replenishment, replacement, or additional assets
  6. Performance Tracking & Reporting 
    1. Track and report key metrics from events, including: 
      1. Product sampling volume 
      2. Consumer engagement / new contacts 
      3. Retail impact and velocity 
      4. Event attendance and reach
    2. Provide post-event recaps and insights to improve future performance 
    3. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and ROI across activations
  7. Brand Representation 
    1. Represent 1st Phorm with professionalism, energy, and authenticity at all times 
    2. Ensure brand presence is consistent, impactful, and aligned with company standards
    3. Act as a key ambassador of the brand within the Texas market

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years experience in Field Marketing, Events or Brand Activation
  • Familiarity with CPG / Retail brand structure and operations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Texas and work nights/weekends as needed
