Position: Regional Director of Canvassing Houston Territory)-hire, train, and grow a large high performing door to door canvassing team. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!

Qualified Candidate- MUST have door to door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related Home Services Industry with experience building and managing a high volume producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads of at least $1 to $2 million per month!

Compensation

  • Earn $150K to $250K

Qualifications:

  • Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
  • Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams
  • Comfortable working in the field and leading by example

Responsibilities
