Position: Door-to-Door Canvassing Supervisor
We are seeking a proven canvassing leader to oversee door-to-door canvassing teams. This is a position focused on driving daily lead production and maintaining accountability in the field.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
• Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
• Conduct daily meetings
• Canvass neighborhoods and educate homeowners about water treatment systems and solutions.
• Schedule free water test and demonstration
Compensation:
• Salary, Commission, Bonus and Overrides (Earn $100K-$175K per year)
