Job description

Company Overview:

  • This is a growing exterior remodeling company servicing homeowners in the Greater Austin area
  • This company is an authorized dealer of Pella, MI Windows & Doors, and is also a James Hardie Alliance Select Contractor and GAF Certified Plus Installer
  • Member of the NRCA and Austin Chamber


What is Being Offered:

What The Position is About:

  • Lead, manage, and build out the canvassing department (currently 6-8 canvassers)
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop the canvassing team (looking to build out the current team)
  • Develop and implement canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads
  • Monitor metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the canvassing department to ensure goals are being met
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the conversion process


The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven canvassing experience within the home improvement or home services industry is required
  • Experience managing a canvassing team is required
