Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading, coaching, and driving performance for a team of Field Marketers in a door-to-door canvassing environment. This role plays a critical part in generating qualified leads, maintaining team morale, and ensuring daily execution aligns with company standards and goals.

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements of Job:

  • Lead a team of Field Marketers in the field, actively participating in canvassing efforts

  • Train new hires on scripting, objection handling, and appointment-setting best practices

  • Monitor daily performance metrics including leads, set rates, and issued appointments

  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback in the field to improve individual and team performance

  • Conduct daily team meetings, territory breakdowns, and goal-setting sessions

  • Ensure proper use of the Lead Perfection systems and accurate data entry for all leads and appointments

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new Field Marketers

  • Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and accountability within the team

  • Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate issues when necessary

  • Consistently hitting or exceeding team lead generation goals

  • Developing top-performing Field Marketers

  • Creating a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture

  • Maintaining strong data integrity and operational consistency

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing others

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Results-driven with the ability to motivate a team to hit and exceed goals

  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking

  • Previous experience in a leadership or Team Lead role preferred

  • Experience in home improvement, home services, or direct sales industries preferred
