Players Pins, a fast-growing sports collectibles brand, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence, engage our audience, and support our sales efforts. We make patent-pending collectible sports pins custom for professional sports teams promotions (MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS), retail (Fanatics, Lids), and eCommerce (PlayersPins.com). As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a passionate collector base and expanding our reach within the sports and entertainment industry.**Reporting and Management:** This role will report direct to one of the founders of Players Pins and will supervise 1-2 marketing coordinators.**Responsibilities:*** Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Players Pins products and brand.* Manage Players Pins' social media presence, content calendar, and engagement across relevant platforms.* Manage social media influencer program, outreach, and reporting.* Oversee website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.* Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.* Develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales support materials.* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.* Collaborate closely with the sales, design, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.* Manage public relations efforts and foster relationships with media outlets and influencers.* Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.* Plan and coordinate Players Pins' participation in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.* Manage marketing budget and resources efficiently.**Skills and Qualifications (No single qualification is required):*** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or consumer goods industry.* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management and email marketing software).* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* A fan of sports, interested in collectibles, pop culture, and fashion.**Compensation:** $50K-$70K.
