The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own Blink’s day-to-day marketing function. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll lead marketing execution across brand, content, and campaigns, while also supporting sales and client-facing initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership, as well as our sales team and in-house designers to bring ideas to life quickly, consistently, and creatively. This is an ideal role for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build and run marketing inside a fast-moving, highly visual business.


What You’ll Do

Own Blink’s Marketing Presence

• Manage social media content and posting calendar

• Run email marketing campaigns

• Update website content and maintain brand consistency

• Track performance and share insights with the CMO/CEO

Support Sales with Marketing Tools

• Build presentations, pitch decks, and client lookbooks

• Create marketing materials that support prospecting and sales conversations

• Develop campaign concepts and storytelling for client opportunities

Bring Products and Campaigns to Life

• Research promotional product and retail trends and emerging ideas

• Help develop curated product collections and campaign concepts

• Translate product offerings into clear, compelling marketing stories

Collaborate on Creative Execution

• Work closely with in-house designers to develop marketing assets

• Create and adapt content using Canva and similar tools

• Support light coordination of product and campaign photography as needed


What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of marketing experience

• Experience in social media, email marketing, or content creation

• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills

• Experience building presentations or client-facing materials

• Highly organized with strong project management skills

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Interest in branding, merchandising, or experiential marketing

Nice to Have

• B2B or agency experience

• Canva or basic design tool experience

• Familiarity email marketing platforms

• Experience supporting sales teams with marketing assets
