  • Lead the development and execution of featurettes and short-form content pieces for global marketing campaigns, from concept through final delivery
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, publicity, and creative teams to identify content needs and deliver assets that support campaign strategy
  • Conceptualize original content ideas that go beyond traditional BTS, incorporating innovative formats, and technologies
  • Partner with editors to shape narrative-driven pieces with a robust point of view
  • Produce specials and promotional pieces for broadcast and digital platforms
  • Support custom shoots, including talent content days, music-driven content, audience reactions, event capture, etc.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization, clear communication, and attention to detail
  • Present creative ideas, concepts, and work-in-progress materials clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders
  • Assist in budgeting, vendor coordination, and overall production logistics

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in entertainment marketing/content

  • Proven experience producing and crafting entertainment content
  • Robust storytelling instincts across multiple formats, with a solid comprehension of editorial
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator who can present ideas and creative work successfully in meetings
  • Experience working with filmmakers, talent, and studio stakeholders
  • Driven individual who is forward-thinking, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats across production, creative development, and execution
