Billing Specialist

Thomas Printworks is searching for a talented individual to work in our Billing department. You must be efficient, capable of multitasking, and possess the ability to apply your experience and knowledge to new and changing situations. The successful candidate will be a multitasker and possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service This is a Billing Specialist position based out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for generating accurate and timely customer invoices.

• Verify customer work order requests to ensure work was completed in full.
• Prepare customer invoices according to completed work order(s).
• Process daily billing system information.
• Check for errors daily and review any discrepancies with the customer.
• Maintain communication with other departments to obtain customer information and/or to correct customer transactions.
• Research and resolve problems.
• Ensure customers are informed of company billing policies and procedures.
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed.
• Deliver quality service to our customers every time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Good math skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and multi-tasking ability
• Computer proficiency
• Prior billing experience preferred
