Pay Rate: $30-$40/ hr
Role: Paralegal-Senior / Contracts Analyst
Location: Local to Miami, FL (Flexibility for remote work but would be required onsite occasionally)
Duration: Ending Sep 2024 (Possible extension or FTE , performance Based
Interviews: Two 45-minute panel interviews
Day-to-Day: Involved in contract execution and reporting, no hands-on contract drafting. Ensure quality checks, data accuracy, and audit documentation.
Required Skillset:
- 4+ years of professional experience; 10+ years would be overqualified.
- Strong contracts analysis experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Required).
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Associate degree in paralegal studies or bachelor's degree required
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience with tools like DocuSign, Apttus preferred
