Director of Finance

DonutNV Franchising is a rapidly growing donut franchise with locations across the United States. We seek an experienced and talented Director of Finance to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our organization's financial management and strategic growth.

As the Director of Finance for DonutNV Franchising, you will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support the company's strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial analysis to support business planning.
• Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity and recommend optimal financial strategies.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing financial expertise and insights to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the franchise operations team to ensure financial alignment and franchise support.
• Ensure the company's financial records and reporting meet all regulatory and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Director of Finance or senior-level accounting role, with at least two years’ of verifiable experience in franchise accounting.
• Must be familiar with and have experience with ASC 606 accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and data analysis software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving financial strategy and supporting business growth.
