Customer Service Representative

Come work with the best and still have time to spend with your loved ones!As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance of Greater Little Rock and Hot Springs on the phone. You are the voice of Mr. Appliance of Greater Little Rock and Hot Springs and the first point of contact for our customers. Exemplifying our code of values, you will show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.Benefits:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• Receive and organize inventory
• Follow up with customers and vendors on repairs
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• Customer Service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Positive Attitude
• Team player who can work independently
