Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

DISCOVER THIS DYNAMIC ROLE

As our Distillery Logistics Supervisor, your day starts with a team briefing, where you plan and coordinate the day's logistics operations. You expertly manage shipments of raw materials and finished products, ensuring a seamless flow from production to delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you optimize supply chain strategies and troubleshoot any challenges that arise. A natural-born leader, you mentor your team and keep a watchful eye on compliance and efficiency throughout the distillery. We simply couldn't do what we do without your expertise.

If this sounds like it might be the right fit for you, you must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or another relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience managing a warehouse and logistics environment and its team
• Proficient with software systems that manage materials, inventory, and labor
• Ability to manage materials and logistics for production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
