ERP system integration and data engineer lead

JOB DESCRIPTION -
We are looking for an experienced ERP Transformation Lead to drive the planning and execution of our ERP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and change management. They will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to implement and optimize our ERP system to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities -
ERP System Integration: As the ERP Transformation Initiative Lead, you will oversee all aspects of the ERP system integration project. This includes planning and executing the transformation initiative, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets. You will lead a cross-functional team to implement and optimize the ERP system, coordinate with external vendors and consultants, and establish strong collaborations with key internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system, monitor project progress, review readiness for go-live, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project. Compliance with relevant regulations and standards will also be a key aspect of your role. . Experience - with cloud-based ERP systems 6-8 years (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP) is highly desirable. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex technical challenges. *Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (6-8 years )in leading ERP system integration projects, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other enterprise systems and applications. Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data migration. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
