Job Description

STORE MANAGER opportunity in Stoneham MA for large specialty retail operation that is growing.

Qualifications:

2-5 years’ Store Manager or General Manager experience in a smaller, specialty retail operation is ideal
Leadership style of leading by example - Hands on manager
Must be able to create a positive and fun working environment for your team as well as a pleasant and enjoyable setting for customers
Financial/ P&L knowledge
Proven track record of building and motivating a team
Experience with analyzing sales results and developing plans to maximize sales and productivity
Able to network and partner with community organizations with events and marketing
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
High School Diploma
