Transactions Intern

Our company is seeking an Intern to work with our Transactions team.  This is a great opportunity for a law school student or someone with a real estate transactions background.

Job Title: Transactions Intern

Responsibilities:

• Working with our Transactions team (Counsel, Transactions Coordinator) and others
• Carefully review third-party acquisition due diligence reports (e.g., surveys, environmental reports, etc.) related to a commercial real estate portfolio
• Review and analyze information from such reports and organize such information into a Microsoft Excel template
  

Job Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree preferred required, Legal background (preferred)
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Teams
