Job Description
Job Summary:

The Integrated Business Planning Manager will join a dynamic Sales, IBP and Trade Management team, reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Business Planning and Trade Management. The IBP Manager must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time in a variety of different areas and level of complexity. The purpose of this role is to coordinate work cross-functionally to deliver key initiatives and provide effective Demand Forecasting and Revenue Growth Management objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will
have solid experience in demand forecasting, sales operations, and trade promotions.
As the Integrated Business Planning Manager, you wil play a critical role in optimizing our overall sales operations, enhancing forecast accuracy, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, finance, marketing and sales. You wil execute the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to achieve our strategic objectives and deliver superior customer service while managing costs effectively.

Job Description: 
  • Lead SKU level demand forecasting across sales channels and customers (in coordination with Field Sales Partners).
  • Partner with Production Planners to support efficient and effective manufacturing and inventory strategies.
  • Develop and update SCIMs (Sales, Consumption, Inventory Models) for key customers. Support innovation forecasting across al facets of the stage gate process, up to and including in-market product launch.
  • Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives with Field Sales.
  • Develop Demand, RGM and Trade Strategy tools and reports using available internal and in-market syndicated data.
The Integrated Business Planning Manager must be able to:
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks at one time ni a variety of different areas and level of complexity.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demand patterns, in-market consumption, and other historical data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Proactively develop strategies and implement tactics ot support business initiatives, capture opportunities, and resolve issues.
  • Develop and present compelling, data-driven situation assessments and
    recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Organize and comprehend large amounts of data using advanced excel techniques.
  • Operate using strong financial and analytical skils.
  • Demonstrate ability ni decision management, including conflict management, problem
    solving and prioritizing.
  • Partner with cross functional teams of diverse levels and backgrounds to resolve
    business issues.
  • Implement the Integrated Business Planning process with a strong emphasis on
    Demand Forecasting, Risks/Opportunities assessments, and Sales Gap identification/solutions.
  • Monitor and drive solutions for short shelf life/inventory write of risks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPls) related to demand forecast accuracy and service levels, taking proactive actions to address variances.
  • Drive Revenue Growth Management projects by collaborating with Sales (e.g., Assisting with Pricing Strategy).
  • Participate ni Demand Forecasting, Trade and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) reporting and tool development.
  • Support innovation forecasting, developing sales projections by identifying and indexing against plausible established items.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IBP process, leveraging data analytics, technology tools, and best practices
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations ot senior management on sales performance, demand forecasting results, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Broad experience (5 years minimum) ni integrated business planning, demand planning, sales operations, or similar roles ni the food-based consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales execution and supply chain concepts, processes, and best practices, including demand forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency ni data analysis (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software, advanced Excel/Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability ot influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
