Job Description Summary:

The Trade Development Coordinator supports Trade Development management team with reporting, tracking, material data maintenance and product pricing to lend to the successful delivery of the annual business plan. This position is a critical support to the Trade Development team on organizational sales and customer-specific deliverables. This position will help bring supplier and customer strategy to life by providing the in-market tools necessary to be successful.
Two days onsite (Commerce or Richmond) and three days remote.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate with Trade Manager Team on monthly deliverables.
  • Vendor and material maintenance including new item setup, discontinued items, and vintage rolls.
  • Product allocations setup and approval.
  • Pricing maintenance, troubleshooting, and pricing credit management.
  • Develop sales and customer-facing marketing materials to support sales programming.
  • Manager product presells and allocation processes.
  • Synthesize ad-hoc financial and sales data as needed by Business Manager team.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
  • Create and Manage Processes/Updates
    • Assist Trade Analysts and Trade Managers as needed in report building and tracking (ROI, execution, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone
