Summary of Position: Assistant to Project Coordinator

Thank you for considering Precision General Commercial Contractors, Inc. for your summer internship. As a member of our Novato office, you'll be aligned with the Project Coordinators team, adhering to the standards and guidelines in our Employment Handbook.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take direction from the Project Coordinator, who are overseeing project(s) to which you will support.
• Make sure all work has a positive effect on the Quality, Safety, Timeliness and Precision Costs.
• Follow the lead of the supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General office tasks: printing, filing, copying, record maintenance, scanning, filing, typing and data entry. Send and respond emails, assist with change orders, lien waivers, and close out manuals.

Assist office staff whenever necessary, promoting a collaborative office environment.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Education:

• High school degree; preferably enrolled in undergraduate program related to accounting or finance

Experience and Skills:

• Proficiency in basic computer operations, including Microsoft 365, with a willingness to learn any industry-specific software.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, bend, reach, stoop and lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment for extended periods of time
• Able to sit at desk, working on computer and phones for a full work day
