Senior Compensation Analyst

Valencia College is now hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst, Sr. to join our Human Resources and Organizational development team. We are seeking a human resources professional with analytical skills and experienced with advanced data analysis and reporting in Excel. This individual will preferably be knowledgeable in negotiating offers, writing/editing job descriptions, and conducting market analyses.

The Senior Compensation Analyst implements, administers and counsels department leaders on all matters related to salary and position management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with leadership to create and communicate Compensation programs at the College.

This position will operate in a primarily remote environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution, or any equivalent combination of related education, training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.
• At least three years of experience in compensation, HR operations or related field.
• Experience with advanced data analysis and reporting in Excel.
