Position Summary:
As a Retail Cannabis Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in our customers' journey by delivering high-quality cannabis products with a focus on exceptional service and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include safe and timely transportation of orders, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring positive customer interactions, and providing accurate product information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver cannabis products to customers' homes in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
2. Uphold compliance with all applicable regulations from the Department of Cannabis California and adhere to our company policies and procedures.
3. Utilize your own reliable vehicle and smartphone, ensuring proper insurance coverage is maintained at all times.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions or concerns with knowledge and courtesy.
5. Answer customer phone calls and help with order transactions.
6. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring all monetary transactions are handled securely and accurately.
7. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our product offerings and provide accurate information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
8. Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of customer information and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
9. Collaborate with our dispatch team to ensure efficient routing and delivery scheduling.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your vehicle, ensuring proper storage and handling of cannabis products to preserve their quality.
11. Strive to exceed performance targets, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
12. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and stay updated on cannabis industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.

Must have open availability Monday through Sunday from 8:00am-5:30pm

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Reliable vehicle and smartphone with active data plan.
3. Adequate car insurance coverage as required by state law.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
6. Knowledge of Southern California geography and efficient navigation skills.
7. Familiarity with cannabis products, strains, and their effects (training will be provided).
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Must be at least 21 years old and pass a drug test and background check.
10. Prior experience in customer service or delivery roles is preferred but not required.
