We have operated in the legal cannabis space for years, honing our expertise and developing specialized equipment, innovative technology, and proprietary processes. We service clients that produce the highest quality, small-batch products, as well as those that produce value-driven products at high volume — a testament to our ability to develop tailor-made solutions for any client which meet their needs, increase efficiency, and exceed expectations.
The Legal Assistant consists of the following:
Responsibilities
• Drafting and proofreading correspondence.
• Generating company forms.
• Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filling systems.
• Assist with compliance audits, reviews, and filings.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Legal Department.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong writing skills; please provide a writing sample
• Detail oriented and organized
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, responds well to pressure
• Ability to work independently, manage large workload, and keep deadlines
