Position: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor (Production Supervisor)

Shift: NIGHTS - 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM - A/B/C/D shift rotation, every other weekend off

Compensation: $70-80k base salary DOE, $8k average overtime pay, bonus opportunity

Location: Memphis, TN (South Memphis area)

Market-leading global food manufacturer, rapidly expanding, is in search of an experiencedProduction Supervisorto join its team, focused on leadership offood manufacturinglines within its flagship facility inMemphis, TN. Similar roles would include Packaging Supervisor, Processing Supervisor, Batching Supervisor, Compounding Supervisor, or Blending Supervisor within a food, beverage, consumer products, pharmaceutical, or chemical plant.

TheProduction Supervisorwill have responsibility for managing heavily-automated manufacturing lines on the assigned shift.This position will require flexibility with shift, primarily workingNIGHTS,4:00 PM - 4:00 AM, 2/3/2 rotation, with every other weekend off.

Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• BS Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of demonstrated production leadership experience within afood manufacturing plant.Similar industries will be considered, including consumer products packaging.
• Strong knowledge ofFDAandUSDAregulations, as well asGMPsandHACCP / SQF / GFSI / PCQIstandards
• Ability to lead union associates from the floor, including adherence to5Sand lean manufacturing principles
• Must have excellent communication skills and systems ability -SAPexperience is preferred
• Flexibility with shift is absolutely essential. This position will likely be assigned to anight shift, 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM, 2/3/2 rotation, with every other weekend off.
